Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Items typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. You will receive an email once your order is shipped linking you to a tracking page showing you the status of your shipment. All orders originate out of San Francisco.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want to make sure your garment fits and that you are satisfied. We will gladly replace ill fitting, defective or damaged items. Initiate a return or an exchange here.
For a refund, return your unworn product in its original packaging, with the original receipt and packing list within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased on sale will not be refunded however they will be exchanged. If your correct size or preferred style is unavailable, we will issue you a credit toward your next purchase. If you have any questions or want to check stock before you buy, please email us.
Where's My Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it can take several business days to process. If, after a reasonable amount of time, you still don't see your refund post, contact your bank and email us for further assistance.
