Shipping & Returns
Please note: As of March 20, 2018 all sales of Parker Dusseau branded product are final however we will exchange goods. Please follow instructions below to exchange goods. Purchases of third party goods are refundable provided you meet the terms of our policy which is outlined below.
Parker Dusseau branded items typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. You will receive an email once your order is shipped linking you to a tracking page showing you the status of your shipment. All orders originate out of San Francisco.
Third party brands ship 3-5 business days after we receive your order. You will receive an email once your order is shipped linking you to a tracking page showing you the status of your shipment. All orders originate out of San Francisco.
Note that Parker Dusseau is not liable for international deliveries sent by federal post. Before placing an international order, please make sure you include an apartment or suite number, if applicable, on your package and that your destination address is secure.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want to make sure your garment fits and that you are satisfied. We will gladly replace ill fitting, defective or damaged items. Note that Parker Dusseau branded items are only available for exchange provided the item is returned within 60 days with the tags still attached and the item in its original packaging.

Print and place the prepaid shipping label on the exterior of the shipping envelope and drop in USPS mail. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are shipped without the provided prepaid label.
Once we receive your package, you will be sent an email notifying you that your return is being processed. Most returns are processed within a week of being received. Refunds should take 1-5 days to post to your account.
Items purchased as a pre-order or on sale or with any discount code (except the first time customer discount) will not be refunded however they will be exchanged. If your correct size or preferred style is unavailable, we will issue you a credit toward your next purchase. If you have any questions or want to check stock before you buy, please email us.
